At Ease Yoga is a veteran-owned yoga and wellness studio. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and text message program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services: your name and cell phone number when you subscribe to calendar updates or book a private session, your email address if you choose to provide one, your class-style preferences, and any notes you share with us when booking (for example, injuries or goals).

How we use your information

We use your information to send the text updates you asked for (schedule changes and class reminders), to manage your private session bookings, and to contact you about your appointments. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Text messaging (SMS) program

When you subscribe with your cell phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from At Ease Yoga about our class calendar and, if you book one, your private sessions. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies. Message frequency depends on your preferences and our schedule — typically 1–5 messages per week, including new-class announcements, schedule changes, and 24-hour reminders.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by using the unsubscribe option on our subscribe page. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

We use a telecommunications provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you signed up for — that is message delivery, not sharing for marketing.

How we store and protect your information

Your information is stored in our website's database and is accessible only to the studio owner. We keep it only as long as you are subscribed or have active bookings. When you unsubscribe, your number is removed from our text list.
